Do you speak English?
Yes. We answer by WhatsApp, phone or email in English, and we are on site in English during your event.
Where do you travel?
Saint-Tropez and the whole Gulf of Saint-Tropez (Ramatuelle, Gassin, Grimaud, Cogolin, Sainte-Maxime, La Croix-Valmer, Cavalaire-sur-Mer), the Var département and the wider French Riviera.
Are travel costs included?
Travel is free up to 20 km from Saint-Tropez. Beyond that, only the extra kilometres are charged, at €0.60 per km, and the amount always appears on your quote before you book.
How long do you stay?
The booth stays installed for the whole evening, with no hourly limit. A full-weekend option is available and the supplement is added automatically to the quote.
Do we have to set anything up?
No. Delivery, installation and pick-up are included. We simply need a flat spot and a standard power socket nearby.
What do guests get?
An instant paper print, unlimited digital photos during the event and a private online gallery shared afterwards. The print layout is personalised for your event.
How do we book from abroad?
Send your date, venue and approximate number of guests. We confirm availability and send a quote. The date is confirmed once the quote is accepted and the deposit paid by bank transfer.
Is there a deposit or a security deposit?
A deposit of 50% confirms the date. A security cheque is requested when the booth is delivered as a simple guarantee for the equipment; it is never cashed and is returned after the event.
What are the payment terms?
Quotes are issued in euros, VAT included at the French rate of 20%. Payment is made by bank transfer; the details are on the quote.
